“To be a water diplomat, you need to be a scientist. You need to be an academic. You need to follow the development of science because how can you imagine what the climate change will be doing to us, if you’re not a scientist? And you need to be a diplomat and a politician. Everything. You need to wear several hats.”

Dr. Fadi Comair is the Director of the Energy, Environment, Water and Research Centre at the Cyprus Institute. Fadi is a world renowned water diplomat working in arid and semi-arid regions such as in the Mediterranean and Middle East.

In this episode, Judy and Rene ask Fadi Comair on how he approaches conflict, how he balances politics with science.
