Becky Kiddle talks about the importance of geographical neighborhoods and communities.Becky is head of Urban Development for the Hutt City Council, which is the 6th largest city in New Zealand. She was formerly a Senior Lecturer in Urbanism at Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
